David LaMont Joins Cornerstone as Cost Estimator/Project Manager

Cornerstone General Contractors is proud to announce and welcome David LaMont as a Cost Estimator/Project Manager.

In this position, LaMont will be responsible for pursuing opportunities and managing projects.

LaMont brings more than thirty-seven years of experience in Alaska federal, municipal, and oil field construction. His estimating and project management experience encompasses a wide range of military, industrial, and commercial building projects including water treatment plants, military hangers, multi-family housing, and higher-education facilities.

Before joining Cornerstone, LaMont served as a pipefitter, welder, and heavy equipment operator before transitioning to cost estimation at several Alaska construction companies. He is looking forward to working as Cornerstone’s industrial construction specialist.
