Ambriel C. Sandone joins BBNC as Associate General Counsel. In this role, she provides legal guidance and manages legal risk across a range of areas, including estates, contracts, employment, real property, corporate governance, grants, and entity management. Sandone holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Colorado State University and a JD from University of Oregon School of Law.

Molly Webb joins BBNC as Vice President of Human Resources, where she leads the organization’s human resources strategy, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning. In this role, she partners with the executive team to support recruitment, retention, and compliance with employment regulations. Webb holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and criminal justice from the University of Idaho, and she earned a master’s degree in business education from Alaska Pacific University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources and holds a senior certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
