Thompson & Co. Public Relations Names Its First Vice President of Digital
Thompson & Co. Public Relations (T&C) created a new executive position and promoted a team member to the leadership ranks. Kailee Stickler is T&C’s first Vice President of Digital.
Stickler joined the T&C team immediately after graduating from UAA and has spent the last six years growing the agency’s digital services, now T&C’s fastest-growing department. Having helped develop the path for digital services offered at the agency, she now oversees all aspects of the digital department, including digital advertising, social media strategy, video, photography, graphic design, and more.
“T&C’s digital arm has exploded under Kailee’s leadership the past several years, with new services and a growing team,” says T&C President and CEO Jennifer Thompson. “She came to the agency as an entry-level account coordinator and proved to us early on she was committed to the agency’s growth. She has worked her way through the ranks with ambition, loyalty, and tenacity, and I look forward to seeing how she continues to evolve our digital services in this role.”
This year the Alaska Railroad is celebrating 100 years of transportation people and cargo around Alaska. While the railroad is one of the states oldest transporters, it certainly isn’t the only one, and in this issue of Alaska Business we also check in on the Marine Highway, Span Alaska, and the White Pass & Yukon Route. For those interested in Southeast, our focus on that region provides updates on Kensington Mine, Tongass FCU, the troll fishery, and Juneau’s growing landfill.
