Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt Promotes New Shareholder
The law firm of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt is promoting an attorney in its Anchorage office to Shareholder. Lee Baxter is part of the firm’s Indian Country and Alaska Native Corporation and Natural Resource industry groups. He has also represented construction clients challenging competitive bid awards; employers looking to protect the misappropriation of company property and trade secrets; companies aiming to prevent their loss of options to purchase real property; and Alaska school districts seeking legal counsel. Baxter studied at University of Montana Law School. He clerked for the Montana Supreme Court and the US District Court for Alaska. He becomes the sixth shareholder at the Anchorage branch of the firm, which also has locations in Washington, Oregon, and California.
