Attorney Joins Landye Bennett Blumstein as Partner

Alex Cleghorn joins the Anchorage law firm of Landye Bennett Blumstein as a Partner. Cleghorn returns to private practice after building and leading legal practices serving Alaska Native communities across nonprofit, governmental, and corporate contexts for more than twenty years.
In his practice, Cleghorn assists Alaska tribal organizations and Native corporations in governance, compliance, strategy, and shareholder matters. He also advises clients on business transactions, entity formation, economic development, and commercial contracts.
Born and raised in Alaska, Cleghorn is a tribal citizen of Tangirnaq Native Village and a shareholder of Natives of Kodiak, Koniag, and Cook Inlet Region, Inc.
