The fourth annual Alaska Sustainable Energy Conference will be held June 3 through June 5, with pre-conference events hosted by the US Department of Energy Arctic Energy Office and Launch Alaska on June 2. The premier annual energy event in Alaska will explore the future of energy in Alaska and on a global scale; the impact of artificial intelligence and skyrocketing demand from data centers; the latest advancements in renewable and advanced nuclear power, transmission, and energy storage; carbon capture and sequestration; and continuing the responsible development of Alaska’s vast oil, gas, and mineral resources. The 2024 conference drew more than 120 speakers and 850 attendees from Alaska, twenty-two states, and four continents.
