Corissa Lickingteller

Corissa Lickingteller joined R&M Consultants as a Senior Marketing Coordinator in the firm’s marketing group. Lickingteller will be responsible for supporting the firm’s marketing and communication initiatives, including preparation and coordination of proposals, resumes, special events, charity events, social media activities, sub-consultants and vendors, presentations, marketing collateral, content pieces, and website development and maintenance.

“With twenty years of experience in the A/E industry, primarily with architectural firms, Corissa brings knowledge of the vertical construction market and many valuable contacts,” said Andrea Story, R&M’s vice president of marketing and business development. “Her experience is versatile, which will allow her to quickly adapt to the engineering side of the industry and help our marketing team effectively tell the R&M story.”

Lickingteller is a creative communicator with a vast range of marketing and business development experience. She has a proven record for proposal writing, producing relevant and winning proposals for government and private clients. Lickingteller is also experienced in crafting promotional material, reports, presentations, and business communications. She takes a proactive approach to marketing efforts, focusing on creating strategies to identify opportunities and partnerships that drive business goals.

“The move to an engineering firm provides me a rare opportunity to work with all of the disciplines required for Alaska design and construction projects,” said Lickingteller. “R&M has been a collaborating consultant during my entire career. Throughout that time, I developed a genuine respect for the technical and personal integrity of the firm and their employees. I appreciate their dedication to their work and doing the right things for clients. I also believe R&M is a healthy company, both in the way they treat their employees and their community involvement.”

Since joining the firm, Lickingteller has developed proposals and assisted with interview preparation for R&M’s construction services department. She has also assisted as needed on other project pursuits, event setup, and various marketing tasks.

Lickingteller has a bachelor’s in professional and technical communications from Montana Technical University. Outside of work she spends most of her time with her two children, volunteering with their activities; completing much needed DIY home improvement projects; and getting outside in whatever capacity she can, including hiking, skiing, gardening, and softball.
