APCM Hires Meghan Carson as New Associate Financial Advisor

APCM Wealth Management for Individuals announced Meghan Carson as the newest team member for the private wealth subsidiary of Alaska Permanent Capital Management.
Carson interned at APCM in 2016 while attending UAA, where she graduated with a BA in Economics and a BBA in Accounting. Prior to joining the team, she worked at a local accounting firm, during which she passed all four CPA exams and completed her experience to obtain the CPA credentials.
Carson reflected on the career change as making a leap of faith and used her 5 months of intern experience as the jumping off point. In that time, she recognized the rewards of helping people by applying technical financial expertise to their unique circumstances. In her new role as Associate Financial Advisor, while working toward achieving her Certified Financial Planner™ designation, Carson will be using her accounting skills in providing support to financial planning and investment management.
