Weiss hit the ground running by supporting the Proposal Group with several long-awaited back burner projects that will help the team operate more efficiently, while also providing our technical staff with more updated and accurate information at the onset of an opportunity. Some of these projects included reorganizing or renaming project description and past performance files, locating missing files, developing CPAR evaluation and PPQ databases, and drafting IDIQ Master Summary sheets.
