Feb 27, 2019 | News, Right Moves, Tourism

ANCHORAGEGreat Alaskan Holidays, Alaska’s largest RV rental, sales, and service business headquartered in Anchorage, announced the addition of Riley Simasko as the new Great Alaskan Holidays Service Writer.

As a Service Writer, Mr. Simasko is directly responsible for the coordination of customer RV repair and service needs with the company’s entire sales, production, and technical teams. Prior to joining Great Alaskan Holidays, Mr. Simasko held a position in warehouse management, and most recently as an independent flooring contract, where customer interactions were critical to his success. Mr. Simasko was born an Alaskan resident, and takes great pride in Alaska and all it has to offer.

“Mr. Simasko has been hired into a key position among the entire operation at Great Alaskan Holidays, as he is one of the first faces a customer will see upon entering our Parts and Service Department”, says Bob Johnson, the firm’s Director of Marketing.  “We understand the value of highly impactful first impressions, and how powerful they can be when messaging a company’s brand.  Our customer’s perceptions are extremely important to us, and we’re thrilled Mr. Simasko has taken on that responsibility as he represents Great Alaskan Holidays.”

March 2025
Our March 2025 issue looks north at current, ongoing, and potential development in the Arctic. While many of the projects and initiatives will help build and diversify Alaska’s economy, happenings there are also drawing national attention to Arctic resources and security, spurring the creation of assets like the Ted Stevens Center for Arctic Security Studies. While some infrastructure is located in the Arctic itself, development throughout the state supports local and national goals to ensure Alaska’s communities are safe and strong, which we explore in this issue.
