MTA Promotes Sales Trainer

MTA has promoted Jenna Deason to Sales Trainer. In her new role, she coaches the sales team on techniques to find the best solutions for customers as well as changes related to product launches and updates. Deason ensures that sales staff have a thorough knowledge of MTA’s products and services so they can direct customers to the best option to fit their needs. She also educates the sales team on consultative sales techniques, how to overcome objections, and effective closing skills.

Deason has been a member of MTA’s marketing department for the past three years, focusing on brand consistency and customer communications. Deason is earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and new media from Colorado State University Pueblo and a master’s degree in digital audience strategy from Arizona State University.
