New Executive Leaders Under Northrim Bank’s New CEO

Leadership changes at Northrim Bank earlier this year did not end with Chairman of the Board Joe Schierhorn, a charter employee since 1990, yielding his President and CEO titles to Mike Huston. Other executives rose to greater levels of responsibility.

Jason Criqui

Northrim Bank

Jason Criqui is now Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer. Criqui has been with Northrim Bank since 2014, most recently as EVP, Chief Lending Officer, a position formerly held by Huston. Criqui has more than twenty-five years of experience in banking throughout Alaska and the Lower 48. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Emporia State University and graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School. Criqui on the boards of the Resource Development Council for Alaska and the Providence Alaska Foundation.

Melody Charlton

Northrim Bank

Melody Charlton was hired as Senior Vice President, Compliance Director in January. She brings thirty-eight years of experience to Northrim, including time as a compliance examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and an attorney for KeyBank. She holds a law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and facilitates the Bar Association’s Legal Foundations in Banking online courses. Charlton has volunteered with United Way, Junior Achievement, and the Girl Scouts.

Gerard Diemer

Northrim Bank

Gerard Diemer started with Northrim in February as Vice President, Lending Systems Operations Manager. A longtime Alaskan, he holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Gonzaga University. Diemer has more than thirty-seven years of experience in the financial industry.

Kendra Loges

Northrim Bank

Kendra Loges is promoted to Vice President, Business Applications Manager. Loges has been with Northrim for a total of sixteen years. She is a certified project management professional.

Stephanie Love

Northrim Bank

Stephanie Love is now Vice President, Marketing & Sales Manager. Love has been with Northrim Bank since 2016 and has more than twenty years of experience in the financial industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Maine and is currently participating in the Northrim Management Academy.

Dorothy MacKenzie

Northrim Bank

Dorothy MacKenzie becomes Vice President, Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager. MacKenzie started at Northrim 2019 as a credit analyst. She has more than eleven years of banking and financial industry experience. She has a degree in economics and art history from Smith College in Massachusetts and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. MacKenzie was awarded the Northrim Bank President’s award in 2023.

Delores Siah

Northrim Bank

Delores Siah is promoted to Vice President, District Branch Manager. Siah has been with Northrim since 2013 and has more than twenty-five years of banking experience. Siah is a Northrim Customer First Service Award winner and a graduate of the Northrim Management Academy.

Diana Soliday

Northrim Bank

Diana Soliday is now Vice President, District Branch Manager, with more than twenty years of experience in the financial industry. She is on the board for the Mat Su Food Bank and coordinates the bank’s school-business partnership with Mat-Su Career and Technical High School. Soliday joined Northrim in 2006 and is a Northrim Customer First Service Award winner, a graduate of the Northrim Management Academy, and recipient of the Northrim President’s award.

Astrid Erdman, the new Associate Vice President, Treasury Management Consultant, began her banking career in Frankfurt, Germany before joining Northrim Bank in 2017. She completed the Northrim Bank Management Academy and was certified as an Accredited Payables Specialist with the Institute of Finance and Management.

Tori Mejia is promoted to Associate Vice President, Mortgage Servicing Assistant Manager. Mejia began her career with Northrim in 2021 as a mortgage servicing supervisor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Alaska Pacific University and completed the Northrim Management Academy in 2023.

Deanna Radich is a newly hired Associate Vice President, Lending Compliance Manager. Radich has more than twenty-five years of banking experience and is a certified regulatory compliance manager. She holds an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana.

Blake Rod becomes Associate Vice President, Loan Officer – Commercial. Rod has been with Northrim since 2018 and has more than nine years of banking experience in Alaska. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Minnesota State University Mankato. Rod volunteers at Fairview Elementary School through the school-business partnership program.
