The oldest and largest full-service local community bank in Fairbanks, North Pole, and Delta Junction shored up its leadership. Mt. McKinley Bank announced several promotions and a key addition to the management team.

Kristie Dickerson

Kristie Dickerson is promoted to Senior Vice President and Mortgage and Construction Loan Manager. Dickerson joined Mt. McKinley Bank eighteen years ago as a Consumer Loan Originator and now oversees the Mortgage, Construction, and Loan Servicing departments. She is credited with inspiring colleagues and customers through her knowledge, dedication, and leadership.

Lisa Smeltzer

Lisa Smeltzer becomes Assistant Vice President and Loan Servicing Manager. Since joining the bank in 2020, Smeltzer has played an essential role in Loan Servicing, known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude. She is also a graduate of Mt. McKinley Bank’s Leadership Development Program.

Evan Wilken

Evan Wilken is now Assistant Vice President and Mortgage Lending Officer. Wilken began his career with Mt. McKinley Bank in 2022 as a Credit Analyst in the Commercial Loan Department. His analytical background, customer focus, and strong understanding of complex financials have made him an excellent addition to the Mortgage Department. A lifelong Alaskan, Wilken holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in computer science, and he enjoys coaching sports.

Annie Scott

Mt. McKinley Bank also welcomes back Annie Scott as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager. Scott originally served at Mt. McKinley Bank from 2002 to 2011 in a variety of roles, including Relationship Banker and Bank Secrecy Act Specialist. She later directed operations at Spruce Tree Montessori School, gaining extensive leadership experience. Scott brings deep community roots and a strong commitment to service and operational excellence.
