Integrity Environmental

Alaska Chadux̂ Network is strengthening its client services through the help of a growing partnership. The Alaska Chadux̂ Network and Integrity Environmental are officially partnering to facilitate oil spill exercises, as well as provide site characterization services in the event of a spill.

Teaming Up to Meet New Requirements

“We are excited about our new alliance with Integrity Environmental,” says Buddy Custard, president and CEO of Alaska Chadux̂ Network. “This partnership will better serve the petroleum storage and handling industry operating in Alaska in meeting their oil spill prevention and response compliance requirements.”

Integrity will ensure individual and regional spill exercises meet the rigorous requirements of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) 18 AAC 75.485 requirements, relating to oil discharge exercises, are met and documented during regional and individual drill exercises.

In January 2023, the lieutenant governor’s office filed revisions to the state’s administrative codes regarding oil spill prevention and contingency plans, after a three-year effort to streamline and clarify regulations. The new regulations went into effect February 2023.
