“I spent years on the owner side and wanted to experience what great project delivery looked like from the consultant perspective,” Azarsepandan says. “R&M had the reputation and the team to make that the right move. I want to keep growing, technically and professionally, and build a long career doing work I can be proud of.”
Azarsepandan holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from UAA. He is a licensed pilot and a certified erosion and sediment control lead. Outside of work, Azarsepandan enjoys traveling, photography, hiking, and spending time with family. He is also interested in coding and artificial intelligence.
