Jeremy Maxie

Jeremy Maxie is promoted to Principal Electrical Engineer. Maxie, who has been with RSA for fourteen years, now provides principal-level oversight and leadership while managing his own projects. Known for his exceptional client dedication and mentoring skills, Maxie specializes in special system designs including security, door access, video/camera, and fire alarms. Maxie is a licensed professional engineer and lighting certified, and he holds a certification from Registered Communications Distribution Designers. He is a past president of the Illuminating Engineering Society Anchorage Chapter and a current board member of the A4LE Alaska Chapter.

Evan Mathers

Evan Mathers is now a Senior Mechanical Engineer at RSA, responsible for leading project design efforts as well as managing staff members assigned to support his projects. A licensed professional engineer, Mathers joined RSA in 2021 with six years of previous experience. His background includes HVAC and plumbing consulting, direct manufacturing experience, and extensive programming and coding knowledge in a variety of languages and programs. He has proven to have strong decision-making and management skills while leading mechanical projects teams.

AJ Schirack is promoted to Associate Principal Mechanical Engineer. In this role, Schirack provides leadership within the mechanical engineering department while overseeing his own projects, bringing his expertise and vision to new heights. With a decade of dedicated service and a reputation for exceptional skill and leadership, Schirack has consistently demonstrated excellence in projects he undertakes.

Steven Bassler

Steven Bassler received a promotion to Senior Engineer, taking on greater responsibilities such as overseeing key projects and developing strong client relationships. A licensed professional engineer with eight years of experience, Bassler has consistently demonstrated exceptional technical skills and leadership. Bassler brings extensive infrastructure experience as well as engineering experience from all over Alaska.

With ten years of experience, Silberer has been instrumental in delivering innovative electrical engineering solutions.
