The Palmer Museum of History and Art and the Palmer Arts Council present the 2026 Arts in the Garden Festival in downtown Palmer. The event will include more than fifty artisan vendors, hands-on arts stations, art workshops taught by local art teachers Erin Saunders, Becca Houvener, Ashley Swinton, and Kim Reid, gardening classes by Mat-Su Master Gardeners, kids’ activities, food trucks, and music performances by Hope Cassity, Raised by Elephants, the John Damberg Latin Jazz Quartet, and The Rosewood Trio. All workshops, art stations, and music performances are free.
