Chenega Corporation Adds Two to Leadership Team

Adrian Ramos

Chenega Corporation hired Adrian Ramos as Vice President, Controller. In this role, Ramos leads the corporation’s accounting and financial reporting functions, providing strategic oversight of financial operations, internal controls, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization.
Ramos joins Chenega from The Tatitlek Corporation, where he spent the past decade advancing through increasingly senior finance positions, most recently serving as controller. In addition to his strong compliance and reporting background, Ramos has led initiatives focused on financial modernization and operational excellence. He has championed the implementation of advanced financial systems, AI-driven workflow automation, and planning and forecasting tools designed to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and provide enhanced business insights for decision-makers.
Ramos has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance management from UAA and also earned an MBA in business intelligence and analytics.
Outside of work, Ramos served as sponsorships and budgets manager for TEDxAnchorage and has volunteered as a youth hockey coach with Team Alaska.
Siena Caruso

Chenega promoted Siena Caruso to Senior Vice President, General Counsel. Caruso joined the corporation in 2022 as Deputy General Counsel and was elevated to General Counsel in 2025. In her new role, Caruso leads Chenega’s legal department to support the corporation’s business objectives, regulatory obligations, and shareholder interests. She serves as a strategic advisor to Chenega’s executive leadership team and board of directors and oversees governance, compliance, litigation, federal contracting, and mergers and acquisitions.
Caruso earned a bachelor’s degree in international development studies, with a minor in Mandarin, from the University of California, Los Angeles and earned an MBA with a specialization in corporate governance at its Anderson School of Management. She received her JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
Before joining Chenega, Caruso practiced law as an associate attorney with Dorsey & Whitney in Anchorage and with Shook, Hardy & Bacon in California. She also served as a law clerk for Justice Daniel Winfree of the Alaska Supreme Court and Judge Mark Rindner of the Anchorage Superior Court. During her tenure, she has led complex corporate transactions, governance initiatives, litigation, and federal contracting matters while supporting Chenega’s strategic growth and strengthening the corporation’s governance and risk management functions.
In addition to her legal practice, Caruso serves on the board of directors for Girl Scouts of Alaska and co-chairs the Corporate Counsel Section of the Alaska Bar Association. She is also a past president of the Anchorage Association of Women Lawyers and was recognized as one of Alaska Business magazine’s “Alaska’s Legal Elite” in 2024 and 2025.
