Rasmuson Foundation named Elizabeth Dickinson as Director of Grants Management. In this role, she supports the teams and systems behind the scenes so that organizations across Alaska can spend less time navigating processes and more time serving their communities.
Dickinson comes to the state’s largest philanthropic organization from her previous position as senior grants and finance director at Catholic Social Services. Known for her collaborative approach, Dickinson has helped teams navigate change while strengthening compliance and accountability. She brings a track record of helping organizations manage complex grants while aligning funding with real community needs.
Dickinson will lead the Foundation’s grants management work, focusing on making the process more transparent, efficient, and responsive for grant recipients. She brings added strength to the systems and support that help nonprofits and local governments, including tribal partners, access and manage funding.
Dickinson holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana University Bloomington, and is a graduate of Leadership Anchorage through the Alaska Humanities Forum. She also serves on the Academic Policy Committee at Aquarian Charter School.
