Bill Bailey

Bill Bailey is now SVP, Business Development Manager. In this newly created role, Bailey focuses on building long-term relationships statewide and guiding customers through opportunities and challenges as their businesses grow. Bailey joined Northrim in 2023, bringing an extensive background in education and the oil and gas industries.
Astrid Erdman

Astrid Erdman becomes VP, Treasury Management Relationship Manager, overseeing treasury relationships, implementing cash management solutions, and advising clients on improving efficiency. Erdman began her banking career in Germany before joining Northrim in 2017. She is a graduate of the Northrim Bank Management Academy, an Accredited Payables Specialist through the Institute of Finance and Management, and a recipient of the Northrim Customer First Service Award.
Erik Hamilton

Erik Hamilton was promoted to VP, Commercial Real Estate Lender. As a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer, he primarily works with non-owner-occupied commercial real estate investors. Hamilton joined the bank in 2022 with twelve years in the financial services industry. He coaches youth basketball, soccer, and flag football, and he volunteers with Changepoint Church.
Sarah Maycock

Sarah Maycock is now VP, Electronic Banking Manager. She oversees the Commercial Electronic Banking Support and Call Center teams. Maycock joined the bank in 2018 with ten years of banking experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and earned an MBA from UAF this spring.
Jennifer Shaughnessy becomes VP, Lending Compliance Manager, overseeing the bank’s lending and deposit compliance. Shaughnessy is a Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer and holds a Fair Lending Expert certification from Tuscan Club University. She joined Northrim in 2024 and has twenty-two years of experience in banking.
Janey May

Janey May was promoted to AVP, Treasury Management Consultant. In this role, she partners with businesses to identify challenges and implement treasury strategies that improve cash flow, efficiency and long-term growth. May joined Northrim in 2024 with thirteen years of banking experience. She is a former board member of United Way of Southeast Alaska.
Leigh Boado

Leigh Boado is now AVP, Branch Manager, Southside Financial Center. Boado joined Northrim in 2024 with sixteen years of banking experience and ten years in management. Boado volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and the Food Bank of Alaska and supports local financial literacy classes.
Donna Fountain

Donna Fountain marks her 20th anniversary with Northrim in August and was recently promoted to Product Operations Coordinator. In her role, she reviews, tests, and implements new products and services for Northrim. Fountain is a recipient of the Northrim Customer First Service Award, and she volunteers through Northrim’s School Partnership programs.
Salvador Garcia Cervante

Salvador Garcia Cervantes is promoted to Project Manager. He has been with Northrim since 2019 and works in the DevOps department, where he oversees enterprise and non-enterprise projects. He earned an MBA from UAA in 2022.
Kerin Roberts

Kerin Roberts is now AVP, Retail Service Manager, in charge of the Retail Sales and Service department. Roberts joined Northrim in 2006, working in the Call Center. Roberts volunteers at Dr. Etheldra Davis Fairview Elementary School and with the Greater Friendship Baptist Church.
Nitzia Loaiza-Angulo
