Jesse Carlstrom joined Northrim in April as Business Development Officer. Prior to Northrim, he specialized in business development and strategic customer relationships within Alaska’s transportation and logistics sectors. He has professional experience in tourism and Alaska resource development industries. Carlstrom holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an MBA from UAA.

Mason McFarland

Also joining the bank in April, Mason McFarland is now AVP and Branch Manager, Eastside Community Branch. McFarland brings thirteen years of experience in financial and insurance services across Wyoming and Colorado. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and finance from the University of Wyoming.
Shep Delolli

Shep Delolli joined Northrim in March as Assistant Branch Manager, Float Pool, bringing more than a decade of experience in retail and commercial banking. She is passionate about community involvement and volunteers as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Alaska and teaches yoga at homeless youth shelters.

If you’re in the City of Whittier, you get busy. The city has two separate transportation planning efforts underway, including a safety action plan under the federal Safe Streets and Roads for All initiative, which focuses on improving safety for pedestrians, cyclists, motorists, and emergency responders. The second is Whittier Moves, the city’s transportation master plan, which serves as the long-term roadmap for growth.
