RSA Engineering elected Channing Lillo as President. Lillo brings thirty years of electrical engineering and consulting experience, all at RSA. A multi-state licensed professional engineer and Lighting Certified professional, Lillo leads the firm’s strategic direction while continuing to advance RSA’s electrical and lighting practice. Prior to his election, he directed RSA’s Electrical Department, providing staff leadership and oversight of contract review, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. He has led complex projects throughout Alaska across educational, commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors.

Jeremy Maxie

Jeremy Maxie is promoted from Principal Electrical Engineer to Vice President, Electrical Department. In his new role, he leads the firm’s electrical team while supporting Lillo’s transition to President. Maxie has been with RSA for sixteen years, starting as an intern. A licensed professional engineer, Lighting Certified professional, and Registered Communications Distribution Designer, his portfolio includes schools, federal facilities, correctional centers, and commercial projects across Alaska. He continues to serve clients through hands-on project leadership, specializing in low-voltage and special systems design, including security, access control, video surveillance, and fire alarm systems.
