The award winning Colonial Life Anchorage District Office (operated by Pamela Whitfield, President of Whitfield Benefit Solutions) is now Elite-VB LLC. Elite-VB continues its mission of providing voluntary benefits and value-added services to over 250 clients in Alaska and Washington.
The agency won the BBB Torch Award for Ethics in 2016 and the same staff (Pamela Whitfield as Founding Partner), now including Marshall Pickering as Partner with exciting new “no cost” benefits for Alaskan employers. Elite-VB (www.elite-vb.com) provides voluntary benefits (mostly through Colonial Life) which are benefits that any employer with 3+ employees an up can offer at zero cost while now including an HRIS platform for enrolling all of a company’s benefits (Employee Navigator).
Clients include Alaska Heart, The Kuskokwim Corporation, Shoreside Petroleum, and Weaver Bros to name a few—all working with the Elite-VB team to “sweeten” their benefit package with no-cost benefits and services. Their office is in Midtown, with satellite offices in Fairbanks and Renton, Washington, with a staff of 8.
