Residential Mortgage Announces New Chief Operating Officer
Residential Mortgage is hiring a new Chief Operating Officer. Mike Baldwin joins Residential Mortgage with thirty-five years of experience in the mortgage industry, thirty-two of those as an executive in management.
Baldwin comes to Residential Mortgage from the Pacific Northwest, where he led four successful mortgage companies from startup. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. Baldwin was recognized as one of the “40 Under 40” young business leaders by the Portland Business Journal.

Residential Mortgage is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northrim Bank. The mortgage company was established in 1998 with two offices and now employs over 125 Alaskans and has eleven office locations in Anchorage, Eagle River, Fairbanks, Juneau, Soldotna, and Wasilla.
