Kinney Engineering Announces New Members

Kinney Engineering is adding two more member/owners to the five currently leading the firm.

Phoebe Bredlie originally joined Kinney in 2016 and has managed the Fairbanks office. A graduate of UAF, Bredlie has more than 20 years of experience, including the planning, design, and construction of transportation and site projects in the Fairbanks area and across the state. She often serves multiple roles on these projects—project manager, public involvement lead, and civil engineer. In her spare time, she enjoys camping with her family and practicing yoga.

Will Webb joined Kinney in 2015 and has 18 years of traffic and transportation engineering experience throughout Alaska. He has worked on dozens of projects spanning transportation planning, site analysis, traffic studies, and construction document development. Webb was raised in Alaska and earned both his BS Civil Engineering and Master of Engineering degrees from the University of Idaho. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), and is the current President of the Alaska Professional Design Council.

Kinney Engineering offers a diverse set of engineering and planning services, including transportation and roadway engineering, traffic and safety analysis and planning, civil engineering, GIS services, and electrical engineering. It has a staff of 40 with offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Palmer, Homer, and Juneau.
