Will Veelman celebrated his 40-year anniversary with Coffman Engineers. Veelman is a principal at Coffman and he serves as the longtime structural department manager of Coffman’s Anchorage office, as well as Chair of Coffman’s Board of Directors.
Will has provided structural assessments, repairs, renovations, and full engineering design for important Alaskan infrastructure.
He has worked on many notable Alaska buildings, including the Anchorage Nesbit Courthouse and Ted Stevens AIA Concourse C, as well as many industrial facilities throughout Alaska and the Pacific Northwest
When asked what engineering projects impacted Will as a professional engineer, he says, “There are a number of clients I have provided as-needed engineering for consistently over the years. The long-term relationships developed and projects completed were rewarding to our clients, our business, and myself.”
These clients include the owners of Anchorage’s power generation utilities and Cook Inlet offshore and onshore gas and oil facilities, both of which we have been providing services for since 1988.
