Stephanie Gann Named Branch Manager of KeyBank’s Behrends Branch in Juneau

Sep 14, 2020 | Finance, Right Moves

Stephanie Gann joined KeyBank as branch manager of the Behrends branch, located at 234 Seward in Juneau, which is scheduled to re-open September 8.

In this role, Gann is responsible for day-to-day operations and coaching her team, as well as providing financial services, including investments and mortgages, to both small business and consumer clients.

“We are excited to have Stephanie join our team,” said KeyBank Area Retail Leader Misty Howell-Shepherd. “She is a highly qualified manager who communicates and collaborates effectively and brings to the table excellent interpersonal skills, an outstanding customer service ethic and solid expertise in human resources and recruiting management.”

Gann relocated from Phoenix, where she was branch manager for the Delta-T Group and managed regional sales. She has also served as a senior business development manager for Accountants International and as an assistant branch manager for a mortgage company. She graduated from Santa Clara University with a bachelor’s in finance.

While she has only lived in Arizona and California, Gann says she is excited for the lifestyle change of coming to Alaska. “Our kids are all grown so it was our turn to fly the coop and try new things,” she said. “When I researched Key, I quickly realized it offered everything I was looking for in my next and last role of my long career. I am grateful for this opportunity Key has given me to grow and explore.”
