Our partners know that our employees are among the most knowledgeable and customer-focused across the industries and geographies we serve. And, they appreciate that we go places and solve problems others can’t – safely and reliably. They trust us to love our purpose of: Bravely advancing what’s possible to elevate people and planet.
As Alaska’s largest petroleum wholesaler, we fuel life, business and growth across the state. Our quality fuels and service, provided by more than 350 Alaskans, can be found near you and throughout 280+ remote communities. We purchase, store, sell and deliver the fuels Alaskans need to heat their homes, schools and businesses, fly their planes, and drive their cars, trucks, boats, snow machines and construction equipment, with an emphasis on quality service and high reliability. We’ve been proud to serve our neighbors here since 1953, and we would welcome the opportunity to be of service to you.
By focusing on this tenet, we can drive improvements to our organization by reducing our impact, growing responsibly and being accountable. Sustainability starts with our people and practices, and extends to our solutions, partners and the entire planet.
We also know that extraordinary commitments lead to extraordinary results. That’s why we’ve set our ambition to be the most sustainable, innovative maritime and logistics solutions company in America by 2025 and have also committed to net-zero greenhouse gas emissions, across all scopes, by 2050. This is a significant challenge, but we are well on our way. Our devotion to programs such as decarbonization; diversity, equity and inclusion; and governance with integrity is proof of how far we’ll go to set the next generation up for success.
Our commitment to sustainability includes safety and we’ve been recognized by the best in the industry – from the ConocoPhillips Alaska/Alaska Trucking Association Industrial Fleet Safety Award, which we have been honored as a multi-year recipient, to the Shell Oil Products distinction as “HSSE Wholesaler of the Year,” from which we were selected among Shell’s entire network of U.S. petroleum wholesalers. This award-winning service reflect the results of our deliberate investment in our staff and equipment to serve our customers with accountability.
We are the state’s largest wholesaler of quality fuel products, including diesel, heating fuel, propane, gasoline, aviation fuels, marine fuels and packaged petroleum products. We have 16 petroleum terminals across the state with a combined 31 million gallons of storage capacity. We use our seven tugboats, 10 barges, our new Articulated Tug Barge (ATB) 140+ delivery trucks and 60+ trailers, that drive over 3 million miles a year, to deliver across diverse distribution channels for Alaskans.
