Do you provide care to a relative, partner, friend, or neighbor from the Asian American and Pacific Islander community who has a chronic disease, disability, health condition, or is an elder (55 years of age or older)? This event will feature speakers, such as service providers and healthcare professionals, and will cover how to prioritize health during the pandemic.
