Initial drilling at Millrock Resources’ Aurora target on the West Pogo Block of the 64North Gold Project is scheduled to begin in early March 2020. The camp and drill rig are presently being mobilized to the Aurora target, located to the immediate west of the Pogo Gold Mine operated by Northern Star. Earn-in partner, Resolution Minerals is funding the work.
Chugach Electric has partnered with five commercial members in Anchorage that were selected to be participants in an electric vehicle (EV) charging station research project. In exchange for research information, Chugach will provide funding toward the installation of “Level 2” charging stations with universal connectors that can charge any EV.

A bill recently filed in Juneau that would increase oil and gas industry property taxes by 50 percent is being met with strong opposition from various camps in Alaska’s business community.
