UAF Virtual Blue and Gold Celebration

The University of Alaska Fairbanks will host its annual Blue and Gold Celebration with a virtual event on Saturday, February 27.

The annual fundraiser celebrates the UAF community while honoring alumni and faculty. Proceeds from the event will go toward need-based scholarships.

The celebration will begin at 6:30 p.m. with an opportunity to visit online and play Nanook trivia. The regular program starts at 7 p.m., including recognition of the 2021 recipients of the Emil Usibelli Distinguished Teaching, Research and Service Awards, and the UAF Alumni Association awards.

Tickets to the event are $125. The first 500 registrants before February 14 will receive a “celebration box,” which will include a gift bag with items from sponsors, champagne glasses, truffles, masquerade masks and more.
