Alaska’s premier environmental conference returns February 3 through 7, featuring a hybrid event at the Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center in Anchorage and online in the Alaska Forum on the Environment (AFE) Virtual Attendee Hub.

For the third year in a row, AFE will offer both in-person and virtual attendance options for both attendees and exhibitors. Watch sessions live in-person, catch up on recorded sessions that you missed in the Virtual Attendee Hub later on, visit exhibitors in-person and virtually, and stay connected with AFE all year long.

AFE is Alaska’s largest statewide gathering of environmental professionals, providing an opportunity for government agencies, nonprofit and for-profit businesses, community leaders, Alaska’s youth, conservationists, biologists, and community elders to come together and discuss the latest projects, processes, and issues that affect the environment in Alaska. The diversity of attendees and comprehensive agenda sets this conference apart from any other of its kind.

AFE offers more than 100 technical breakout sessions and inspiring keynote events throughout the year. With an All-Access Conference Pass, attendees can watch sessions live in-person, recorded sessions, and live virtual sessions throughout the year through the Virtual Attendee Hub. This year’s agenda includes sessions on climate change, energy, environmental regulations, cleanup and remediation, fish and wildlife, solid waste, sustainability, and more.
