This acquisition will also expand Koniag’s capabilities and reach, bringing in new potential markets in the Pacific Northwest and connections via TecPro’s U.S. Coast Guard contracts and GSA-certified products.
Long-time TecPro leader Wes Saunders will remain as the president of the company and will become a member of the Koniag Energy & Water leadership team.
