Time Management: Managing the clock rather than being managed by the clock

Employees are often easily distracted by activities that aren’t productive. In this engaging two hour class, the participant will learn to recognize activities which waste time and learn how to identify priorities and maximizing efficiencies to accomplish the things that matter most.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand what contributes to stress and how changing the approach to managing time can help reduce tension and anxiety;
  • Learn how to apply brain science to maximize personal time management; and
  • Gain practical tips for prioritizing time in alignment with what’s most important.

Attendees have the option of attending in-person or via web/video conference. If interested in attending via web/video conference, please contact us at 907-677-5532.
