Alaska Angel Conference – Final Investment

The goal for the Alaska Angel Conference is to activate angel investors within Alaska to invest in Alaskan companies. The final event on Thursday, May 21 is the culmination of almost four months of work by Alaskan investors as they make their final decision on which company to make a $100k investment. Investors have worked their way from 12 to five final companies across their time at the conference. The finalists include Pandere, Tundra Electronics, Alaska Peony Brokers, Barati Medical, and HairVoyage.

Hosted by the Juneau Economic Development Council, JDO Law, 49th State Angel Fund, and Northrim Bank, this evening will include guest speakers Governor Mike Dunleavy and CEO of Namastream Jennifer Barcelos, updates from Alaska Angel Conference 2019 investment recipient Ramper Innovations and People’s Choice winner Molly Bz, networking with industry professionals, and celebration of a growing start-up ecosystem in Alaska.
