July 28, 2020 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am

When done well, working remotely can be a win-win for employees and employers. But how do we know why some are more effective and productive when working remotely than others? Research suggests that the brain has many quirks and biases that either help or hinder remote work performance. The trick is, of course, to capitalize on some and minimize on the others!

The STRIVE Group can help!

This 90-minute session is for individuals who strive to understand how remote work impacts the brain so they can improve their productivity and working relationships while working “out of office.” The instructor will identify practical steps participants can take to ensure they maximize the benefits and avoid the pitfalls of working remotely.

-Understand the quirks and biases of the human brain
-Learn how remote work impacts the brain’s preferences
-Identify specific strategies and tactics to enable successful and productive performance
