Understanding a supervisor’s role in modeling and leading the way.

Employees are often unaware that their professional purpose is to fulfill their organization’s mission and vision, while aligning themselves with its values. Supervisors must know the difference between the three and moreover, know how to both align and communicate these things to their teams. This two-hour class showcases the importance of aligning your own mission, vision and values with that of the organization and provides tips and tools to help your employees do the same.

-Understand what motivates others to follow, support or otherwise believe in you
-Know the difference between, and importance of, your organization’s mission, vision and values
-Understand how your personal mission, vision and values can help align your team with your organization’s mission
