SUMMARY:Alaska ACTE Professional Development Conference
DESCRIPTION:The only statewide conference dedicated to professional development of Career Technical Education (CTE) professionals in Alaska is going virtual. \nThe 2020 Alaska ACTE Professional Development Conference will be held from October 9 (3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) to October 10 (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.).   \nRegistration fee will be $150\, which includes your annual dues payment to the national and state associations.   \nThe keynote speaker is Dr. Ricardo Romanillos\, from the National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity (NAPE) to kick off the conference on Friday night. Saturday will be dedicated to learning and sharing sessions about a variety of topics including teaching CTE from a distance. If you have a topic you would like to discuss or share\, please contact event organizers.
