Northrim Bank Announces New Hires and Promotions July 2019
Demand for qualified truck drivers in the Lower 48 has been so strong in recent years that some of the big national trucking companies have come to Alaska to look for labor.
Northrim Bank is proud to announce new hires and the promotion of a variety of employees throughout the Bank.

Duracinski has been with Northrim Bank for more than nineteen years. The majority of her time has been in the Facilities department. She holds a bachelor of arts in English from the University of Hawaii. In 2016, Duracinski was honored with the President’s Award. She volunteers at Fairview Elementary School as part of the Bank’s School Business Partnership.

Edwards has been with Northrim Bank since 2007. Prior to that, he was the director of the Office of Economic Development for the State of Alaska and economist for the Department of Revenue. A lifelong Alaskan, Edwards has a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management. He received Northrim Bank’s President’s Award in 2010.
Kissner joins Northrim with fifteen years of experience in the financial industry, including three years in retail management, ten years in commercial lending, and two years as a licensed financial advisor. He holds bachelor of science from Northwestern State University, as well as Series 7 and 66 security licenses. Kissner is a board member for Dimond Park Fieldhouse, Midnight Suns Baseball Club, and the Juneau Mountain Bike Alliance.
Larson comes to Northrim Bank with six years of experience in the financial industry. He has worked at institutions in Alaska and Nevada. Larson attended the University of Alaska Anchorage. He supports the local English Bulldog rescue community and gastric surgery community.
Love has been with Northrim Bank and Residential Mortgage for the past three years and has more than fifteen years of experience in the financial industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine. Love volunteers at Fairview Elementary School and with the Salvation Army. She is also an officer on her Home Owners Association Board.
Ray has been with Northrim Bank for more than four years. Prior to his work at Northrim, he has held management positions in construction and customer service. Ray holds a master of science in project management from UAA. He is an active volunteer with the Boys Scouts of America.
Sy has been with Northrim for thirteen years and has twenty-one years of experience in the financial industry. She holds a bachelor of arts and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Sy is a former committee member of the Anchorage School District Multicultural Education Concerns Advisory Committee.
