Leadership Therapy – Leadership & Listening

Great leaders demonstrate a variety of communications skills, and excellent listening cannot be understated. This coaching session will help participants fully understand active listening behaviors and disciplines, and individually identify what gets in the way of being an excellent listener.

Through demonstration and practice, participants will learn the benefits of being an active listener and develop an action plan for implementing these behaviors with their teams.
