Discipline for Positive Outcomes

Disciplinary actions can be challenging and difficult for both supervisors and staff. But often, discipline is needed and is the right course of action in order to move forward. This four-hour class helps participants navigate this sensitive process, while being respectful, thorough and fair. The insights and tools shared during this engaging class better enable supervisors, managers and employees get beyond the discomfort and into a much better and productive space.
