You’ll also learn about the different types of conflict found in the workplace and the tools for resolution. Lastly, few people enjoy dealing with conflict, but you’ll walk away with the know-how for making all types of conflict productive.

Learning Objectives:
• Recognize difficult personalities as a source of conflict and ways to manage them;
• Identify the types of conflict;
• Recognize five different ways to resolve conflict and when to use each; and
• Understand how to make workplace conflict productive.

Attendees have the option of attending in-person or via web/video conference. If interested in attending via web/video conference, please contact us at 907-677-5532.
