The 2020 Gold Pan Awards are going back in time and coming to you virtually from Matanuska Brewing Company Midtown on Friday, November 6 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Join the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce for a night of celebration with a virtual happy hour and a live ceremony broadcasted by Upper One Studios, hosted by Sheron Patrick. Plus, entertainment by local ’80s band, I Like Robots! This year’s theme is “Back to the Past, into the Future,” and 80s attire is recommended.
“The Anchorage Chamber Gold Pan Awards is one of the organization’s longest-running civic programs,” says Bruce Bustamante, President and CEO. For sixty-three years, the Gold Pan Awards have been awarded to those who have shown business and entrepreneurial excellence, as well as a loyal commitment to Anchorage through community service. “We look forward to seeing you virtually as we recognize Anchorage’s finest supporters that help build this great community.”
