Chugach Alaska Corporation Welcomes Wade Olsen, Central Treasury Officer

Anchorage, Alaska, March 11, 2010 - Effective March 2, Wade Olsen accepted the position of Central Treasury Officer for Chugach Alaska Corporation. Mr. Olsen comes to Chugach with 15 years experience in international finance, treasury and business development. Under the guidance of the CEO, he will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and directing a central treasury function. His primary responsibilities will include management of cash, debt and investments.

Mr. Olsen relocated from Pocatello, Idaho where he previously held the position of VP Treasurer and Investor Relations for AMI Semiconductor. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and earned a Bachelor of Science in International Finance with a minor in Japanese from the University of Utah, a certificate in Japanese law from Kansai Gaidai University, and an MBA/MIM from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
