Juneau Convention & Visitors Bureau Appoints Liz Perry to President/CEO

Juneau, Alaska – At the monthly membership breakfast on July 15, Craig Jennison, board president of the Juneau Convention & Visitors Bureau (JCVB), announced the appointment of Liz Perry as the bureau’s new President/CEO, effective immediately. Jennison noted, “Liz’s knowledge of Juneau and JCVB, along with her ability to build relationships and lead the organization, made her a very strong candidate.”
Perry, a 10-year resident of Juneau, has been JCVB’s Convention Sales Manager for over two years and her background includes positions in higher education, library management, and fund development. Perry stated, “I look forward to working with JCVB’s board, staff, and our membership to solidify JCVB’s position as the authoritative voice for Juneau tourism.”
