Local Alaskan Promoted to Leadership Role at AT&T
Tiffany Trboyevich 'passionate and collaborative leader'
ANCHORAGE, AK – A local woman has been promoted to a leadership position at AT&T. Tiffany Trboyevich, a lifelong Alaskan, is now the company’s new Director of Sales for the state. She has been with AT&T for 12 years.
“Tiffany is a passionate and collaborative leader who takes the time and effort to develop other leaders, and I couldn’t be more proud of her many successes at AT&T,” said Mike Maxwell, AT&T Vice President & General Manager for the Pacific Northwest, Alaska and Hawaii market. “We are excited for Tiffany as she takes on this heightened leadership role in the market.”
Trboyevich has held several positions during her tenure at AT&T. She began her career as a Paging Dealer Supervisor and has also held management roles in Indirect, Marketing, and Retail Sales, most recently as an Area Retail Sales Manager. Trboyevich has earned numerous awards throughout her career at AT&T, including the President’s Club award and multiple VP Club awards.
Tiffany stated, “I’m thrilled to take on a more strategic and impactful role in the company serving the state that I love. It’s always fun and exciting to deliver the newest, cutting edge services to our customers. My goal is to impress and delight Alaskans in our stores every day. Given our remote geography, Alaskans have always eagerly embraced technology to connect us with the rest of the world on our own unique terms, and there has never been a better company to help us with that than AT&T.”
Trboyevich has created the “Lean In Circle,” a mentoring and networking program for female managers, which is now in its third year. She holds both a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Alaska – Anchorage and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Alaska Pacific University.
During her personal time, Trboyevich chases her two teenage daughters around Alaska and the rest of the nation, enjoying their sports, school, church, and family activities. She loves the Alaskan outdoors, but takes the opportunity to travel every chance she gets, especially to warm tropical destinations. She and her husband, Dean, will be celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary in July.
