AT&T Ranks Highest in J.D. Power Wireless Purchase Experience Study Six Consecutive Times

February 18, 2016 – According to the J.D. Power 2016 Full Service Wireless Purchase Experience StudySM Volume 1, released today, AT&T* outscored other full-service wireless providers for the overall ranking of “Highest Satisfaction with the Purchase Experience among Full Service Wireless Providers”.
AT&T scored highest in five of the six categories evaluated including the two measures of in-person interaction: Store Sales Rep and Phone Sales Rep. More than 11,000 U.S. wireless customers participated in the study and the fielding period ranged from July to December 2015.
This is the sixth consecutive time AT&T has earned the award, totally three consecutive years. It is presented twice each year.
