Mad Dog Graphx Wins Nine in Muse Creative Awards

Anchorage, AK – Mad Dog Graphx won nine Gold and Silver honors in the 2016 Muse Creative Awards. An annual report for Anchorage Project Access, holiday ornament cards created for The Salmon Project, and the 2014–15 concert season poster series for Alaska Youth Orchestras were all awarded Gold.
Annual reports for The Alaska Community Foundation, Food Bank of Alaska, and OTZ Telephone Cooperative all won Silver, as did Mad Dog logos created for Carlton Smith Commercial in Juneau and InQuisit in Seattle, and a Christmas card designed for Pyramid Printing.
The Muse Creative Awards (MCA) is an international competition for creative professionals who inspire through concept, writing or design, whether through traditional or electronic media. “We wish to recognize the singular achievements of small and medium-sized firms, and the creative professionals who represent the heart and soul of the global marketing communications industry,” said Kenjo Ong, co-managing director for the MCA. “They follow the spark of an inner muse, lighting the path to success with deep knowledge and shining originality.”
This year's competition included entries from 33 countries in 128 categories. “Winning a Muse Creative Award is a significant career accomplishment for the recipients,” Ong said. “With vetted panelists, tough criteria, blind judging processes, and strict bylaws limiting winners, only the best entries received recognition. The creative work this year was truly outstanding and inspiring.”
