Mad Dog Graphx Wins Eight in Design Competition

Anchorage, AK – Mad Dog Graphx received eight honors in the recent 2016 Hermes Creative Awards.

Mad Dog won Platinum for an annual report designed last year for OTZ Telephone Cooperative of Kotzebue, Alaska. They also won Platinum for a logo the firm created for the Seattle-based nonprofit Washington Alliance for Gender Equality.

Mad Dog won Gold for an annual report for Anchorage Project Access, for the 2014–2015 concert season poster series for Alaska Youth Orchestras, and for a logo for InQuisit Software.

In addition, the design company won Honorable Mentions for a Christmas card for Pyramid Printing, for holiday ornament cards for The Salmon Project, and for an annual report for The Alaska Community Foundation.

The Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional materials and programs, and emerging technologies. It is one of the largest design competitions of its kind, with more than 6,000 entries this year. The awards recognize outstanding work in the marketing, communication, advertising, and public relations industries.
