Canadian country music sensation, Brett Kissel, will be joining country superstar Brad Paisley on stage at the Alaska Airlines Center in Anchorage, AK on Saturday April 25 and Sunday April 26.

Kissel “opened” for Paisley on over a dozen dates in Canada before getting the invite to join him again in Alaska.

“I’m thrilled to be joining Brad Paisley in Alaska,” commented the affable Kissel. “I’ve never played in the State and performing at the Alaska Airlines Center is the perfect way to introduce myself to the fans.”

When you come from a place called Flat Lake, Alberta, it’s pretty tough to get noticed. For Brett Kissel, it’s pretty tough to be ignored. Kissel released his Warner Music debut album - "Started With A Song" - late 2013, but even before the album’s release, Kissel had already made radio history. With more than 93% of Canadian Country stations adding the title track, the song eclipsed the record for most adds at Canadian Country radio in one week, a record previously held by Taylor Swift. Since the album’s release, Brett has become the talk of Canadian country music. He has seen two videos reach No. 1 at CMT, he has scored five consecutive top 10 radio hits, and he headlined a cross-Canada tour. To top it all off, Brett won his first Juno Award (a Canadian Grammy) – becoming the first country artist to be awarded with “Breakthrough Artist of the Year” in 17 years. The success has also attracted serious Nashville attention with Garth Brooks’ manager, Bob Doyle, and hit producer, Mickey Jack Cones, joining Kissel’s team in the United States.
